Libraries

What are Libraries?

Libraries are collections of data made available to clients. This data can include, but is not limited to, podcasts, music, and movies. By leveraging libraries, clients can offer rich content to their users without the need to source and manage that content independently.

Library Content and Sources

Libraries will be curated and created by:

  • Our Team: We will create and maintain core libraries of high-quality content.
  • Third-Party Publishers: External publishers can contribute their content to expand our library offerings.
  • Clients: Clients can optionally make their data available as a library or contribute to existing libraries.

Library Access and Monetization

Library access can be structured in various ways:

  • Free: Content is available to all users at no cost.
  • Freemium: A subset of content is free, with additional content available through a premium model.
  • Paid: Access to the entire library requires a subscription or one-time payment.

Client and User Control

Clients can choose to:

  • Make their data accessible as a library.
  • Contribute to existing libraries.

The client and/or the end-user can ultimately decide whether their data should be included in any library.

Client as Library

A client may, in effect, become a library if they choose to make all their data available to other users or clients. In these cases, no additional data beyond the existing client information may be needed.
